Hostess Savage behaviour

Dear Air Mauritius,
I wish to express my utmost anger and dissatisfaction to behavour of senior Hostess on flight from Bombay to Mauritius on 05 of August, unfortentatelly I do not have her name, but she is senior, standing at the gate of the plane. I am appalled at the service received today!!
I have not felt great and decided that instead of risking getting on a flight and risking other passengers’ lives, I would do the right thing and go and test myself. wrong charges

Air mauritius re issued its tickets because of its flight delay by 1 day.
In the new tickets for our return journey they missed giving eticket number on the new ticket.
We werent allowed to board the flight at the airport because of no eticket number even though our seat was reserved and had to buy new flight tickets on the spot and had to stay on airport for 12 hours.

Now they arent refunding anything....

Dear all

We have booked an air ticket for a student from mumbai to mauritius on 29th jan 2018 (Flight no : mk0749 - 06.45 am)... I had paid special fare for student which permits 01 year validity & extra weight allowed (01 bag = 23 kg) which is equivalent to inr 48800.00..

She was not allowed to carry her luggage and was forced to only carry 23 kg + 23 kg weight... The boarding pass representative - ms. Priyanka...

late departure - 4hr delay

Reading past reviews it seems like this is an ongoing issue with this airline.. Sitting around at or tambo waiting for time pass is annoying, a r150 lunch voucher issued - we get tld by lady you may eat st any restaurant provided it's past the security - we go to any restaurant and guess what it's only valid for diners restaurant.

First and the last time we fly with air mauritius.. Dreading the flight back 😡...

I travelled from delhi to mauritius via mumbai and i had to take air mauritius flight from mumbai to mauritius. The flight which was suppose to depart at 6.45am was delayed for over 10 hours and re-scehduled for 5.45pm. There were no air mauritius staff at the mumbai arrival counter to assist me for an alternate accomodation although i was travelling alone with no one to assist me at 1am. This is highly irresponsible on the part of air mauritius...

It is very disappointing flying with mauritian airlines which was unexpected and unacceptable from such international travelers. Careless attitude by cabin crew, non working of entertainment screen and non availability of vegetarian food.
