[Resolved]  Air Mauritius — Damaged Baggage

I have come to Mumbai from Mauritius on 18 March 2010 by Air Mauritius. Flight No. - MK748.
My baggage was found to be damage. I file a complaint against them in the airport.
The file reference - BOMMK11346/18MAR10/2205GMT.
After that they send my the Baggage Inventory Form and I have filled them and send to them. They came to my house and checked the damage baggage and took the baggage with them. After some days they said that they will provide me the baggage cost as the necessary enquiry had been done and they will provide me the money of baggage in 2-3 days. But it has been around 3 weeks that they are not providing the money and my broken baggage. Since last week they are not responding to my calls and misguiding me like call on Friday. When I call them on Friday they says call on Tuesday. I have lost about 150-200 money from calls. Moreover I have heard that they have the money cleared from Mauritius to be paid for the baggage with they have told me. But till now its in vein.Please help.

Air Mauritius — Damage Report

I came to India from Mauritius on 18/03/2010. The flight no is MK748.
I found my side-handle/top-handle of my baggage broken.
I file a complaint to them. The File reference no is BOMMK11346/18MAR10/2205GMT.
They told me that within some hours they will replace it with new one or repair it. But they had done nothing till yet. They are not even receiving any calls.
I had found my baggage to be damage.
So I have filed a complaint against them. File Reference no is BOMMK11346/18MAR10/2205GMT.
They send me the baggage inventory form. I have filled it and send to them but they have not respond to me till now. When I try to contact them they did not respond. Nor are they picking up any calls.

Air Mauritius — tv not working, chair incliner jammed

worst experience while travelling with air mauritius on 30th sept 2010, mk-745 seat no.22a and 22b, the t.v lcd was not working and seat incliner was jammed.....................and flying back on 6th oct2010 by mk744 hope they won,t repeat...........................vikram duggal
I believe that you should take the help of the media, to make yourself heard. There are so many private radio stations, approach one.
