Air Mauritius — wrong charges

Air mauritius re issued its tickets because of its flight delay by 1 day.
In the new tickets for our return journey they missed giving eticket number on the new ticket.
We werent allowed to board the flight at the airport because of no eticket number even though our seat was reserved and had to buy new flight tickets on the spot and had to stay on airport for 12 hours.

Now they arent refunding anything.
