To whomsoever it may concern
It is very disappointing flying with mauritian airlines which was unexpected and unacceptable from such international travelers. Careless attitude by cabin crew, non working of entertainment screen and non availability of vegetarian food. After complaining no cabin crew was bothered to look after the inconvenience we faced during the flight. While travelling from india to mauritius the veg food was available without any prior reservation but while returning they refused to provide veg food because we did not mention special food while booking the tickets. Please make a note that there is no mentioning of food reservation while booking the tickets. Cabin crew did not even provide any snacks or munching if they could not provide veg meal. This negligible behaviour of cabin crew have affected the goodwill of airlines. Also we asked multiple times to reset the entertainment screen but they failed to do so.The whole line was facing the issue but they did not take any needed action. This has to call for action.Kindly find below details of our travelling.
