I booked 2 air tickets on 5th Jul 2016 for travel from Madurai to Chennai (travel date : 14th Aug 2016).

About a week before the travel, I got a call from MakeMyTrip informing me about the cancellation of the Flight.

Even though flight is cancelled by the airline, no refund is credited to my account till date and make my trip app shows there is no refund due. I booked the tickets with my credit card and have run into overdue penalties since. This booking cancellation and non-refund of booking charges have caused financial loss, mental stress.

I request Air Pegasus and Make My Trip to credit my full amount along with all charges and insurance premium because i did not travel on the said flight so there is no question of insurance. I also demand an interest for 6 months for the amount paid for the trip not fulfilled. Please insure quick disposal of my grievance.

I have booked two flight tickets via cleartrip on airpegasys on august 7th 2016 fromm trivandrum to bangalore. The tickets were confirmed, but on 6th august at last momment, air pegasys team called me and told the flight is cancelled and you will get full refund of ticket fare.

This was unexpected and i some how managed it because at the last moment i need to search for alternate traveling arrangements causing me double expenses.

However after multiple followups with clearetrip, the feedback was airpegasys has shutdown its operations and not responding to cleartrip team for a refund. I tried calling airpegasys and also contacting them via email, found no response. My refund is still pending.

The airpegasys website and support phones become unavailable now and clear trip team is also not responding now.

I'am fed up with very bad service

Please help in refunding my ticket fare with compensation. Kindly advise.

I had done the flight booking on Air Pegasus through Makemytrip. The details are mentioned below.

Return Journey- Goa to Bangalore. Date- Oct 31. Flight- OP-162. PNR- YGTI17

Total fare for 3 passengers= Rs 14, 259. This includes convenience fee of Rs 1050 charged by Makemytrip.

On 13 Aug, I received a mail from Makemytrip intimating that Air Pegasus is cancelling most of its flights, but didnt confirm if my flight was cancelled. Hence, they suggested me to make an alternate booking. But, they suggested to wait to receive confirmation before cancelling my Air Pegasus flight.

On 30 Sept, I received a sms from Air Pegasus that my flight was cancelled due to technical reasons. Later, I confirmed with Makemytrip, seeking full refund for same as I had already made alternate booking. Makemytrip told that they had not received information from Air Pegasus regarding refund.

I tried reaching Air Pegasus multiple times but nobody responds on their customer care. Makemytrip says that they are waiting to receive refund from Air Pegasus and if I apply for refund now, I ll only receive the tax amount.

In middle of this, I am suffering as this is my hard earned amount and I am not receiving any clear information from any source.

Kindly help in this matter.

I had booked a flight from GOA to BLR on 19/7/2016 with PNR no. IMQL1Z for date of travel being 17/10/2016 which was cancelled by Air Pegasus. Uptill now I have not received my refund nor any details about when the refund would be made. All incoming calls to the customer care numbers have been debarred, hence we cannot call and inquire as well.
I would like to know what best can be done against the airline to receive my money back.

I did a group booking with Air Pegasus for 5th July 2016 and the airline did run the flight on that day as well next day 6th July. As they could run on first day I had to come back by Bus from Cochin to Bangalore and then spending an equal amount for Bus travel.
I paid 3 visits to Air Pegasus office in No.21/15, M G Road, Bangalore – 560001 which did not help me with any results other than false promise by customer support.
I did some search on the internet to understand who could help me with refund from Air Pegasus, which is long pending from last (5 months) and I am in great hopes in getting my refund from Air Pegasus for the booking PNR :: PUNR7W.
I am not a multimillionaire who can just write off Rs 9000/-. I am a common man who struggle to meet ends every month. My booking details are below please help me with my refund on this travel which was cancelled by Air Pegasus details are below.

I had booked air ticket on 22/07/2016 to travel from mangalore to bangalore on 12/10/2016 by air pegasus. but on 29/09/2016 i received a message from air pegasus that the flight was cancelled due to technical reasons. until today i here not received any refunds, not any response from air pegasus company. so kindly refund the amount of ticket of rs. 11050/- immediately.

I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Trivandrum for travel on 15.08.2016 PNR- LM1GT6. However the flight was cancelled by the airline, and refund of full amount was promised by the airline.But I have not received my refund even after 3 months, despite repeated follow ups. Mails written to the airline are not replied and calls to their call centres are never answered.
Such behaviour is unethical.

Please note no refund has taken place till to day. Your call center number or complaints and query number (Same number for all your services) is just ringing with announcements to wait and after 2 minutes disconnection with a "bye".

This is not acceptable situation. You cancel the journey and retaining the payments indefinitely. I need to book now a new flight and you have blocked my designated amount creating unnecessary problems to your consumer.

Last month I booked a flight from Madhurai to chennai with confirmation number 2JRGFQ for 8th Oct 206. I still not received my refund as you cancelled the flight.
I am trying to reach on phone and no one is picking. No one is responding back to my emails. Can I know when I will get my refunD. Hope this company is not closed???

I have book a ticket on 13th september from goa to bangalore in air pegasus airlines via clear trip.

On 29th august month i received a flight cancellation message form air pegasus. At that time i called and spoke with the air pegasus customer care,
They assured you will get a refund with in 10 days.

But still i have got any amount from the airlines also clear trip peoples are not updating anything about the refund process.

I have booked four tickets for travelling from kochi to bengaluru on[protected] through air pegasus flight no. Op110. The airlines on a later date cancelled the flight and even after three months, i could not receive the refunds. Like me, there are so many others waiting to get their hard earned money. What is this happening? There's no instrument in india, who can take up the case and get the refunds to genuine passengers?

I also booked a ticket from bangalore to trivandrum on 28 july 2016. The flight was cancelled by air pegusus, which they are doing frequently. They assured me that i will get full money back. I has been 3 months and i didnot get my money back. I have tired of calling the customer care of air pegasus; nobody attend the call. Air pegasus is a biggest cheating airline, who has taken money from so many customers and cancelled the flight after that. What i think is, they wanted money from people and last minute they will give a call to say that the flight is cancelled. It is all preplanned to robe customers moeny. Please dont book for an airpegasus flight anymore; you will loose the money. Air pegasus is not a reputed airline. They are still trying to cheat people by taking money and canelling flights. I am planning to go for a legal action against air pegasus soon.

I have booked seven tickets from mangalore to madurai via bangalore for the month of december. They have canceled all the four flights and the customer care doesn't even bother to receive the calls after repeated attempts for more than a week. Unfortunate i got a mail like my flight got cancelled on 10 aug 2016.
So i also cancelled my ticket on 11 aug 2016 (The next day i got flight cancel mail) due to flight non-operational.

They also called me and told they will refund full amount as the flight becomes non operational.

But till now i dint get any refund from them. Todays date 5 sept 2016, almost two months over. There is no proper response from customer care.

Today's date : 5th sept 2016

I reserved one seat for my son from air pegasus flight from mangalore to bengaluru on 16th jan. 2017 had confirmation number rxmraw.

On 30th september, 2016 received an email from company informing us the cancellation of the said flight. as my son is also booked from bengaluru to new delhi (connecting flight) on 16th january, 2017 itself, we had no other option left but to cancel the ticket booked with the airline and booked ticket with other airline which is off course more expensive.

On the other hand, as the invoice is enclosed herewith for your ready reference, on cancellation, your company refunded inr 410 only out of total cost of the ticket inr 2060 and deducted inr 1650 (what for!!).

I am penalized for no fault of mine and deducting such a huge amount b your company is not at all justifiable.

I hereby request you to refund the total amount of ticket booked that is inr 2060 at the earliest as in this particular case the flight is cancelled by your company and i had no other choice but to cancel the booking with you.

I have booked tickets in Air Pegasus flight: OP-110 on 22/05/2016 which is due to fly on 18/09/2016 at 6:50 PM IST from Cochin to Bangalore. I booked tickets 4 months back. I got only a message two days before the flight departs saying it is cancelled due to technical reasons. A number was given to call[protected], when called, it took nearly 15 minutes to connect them.When enquired about the reason of cancellation, as recorded message the representative says "Cancelled due to technical reasons".
When we asked what is the technical reason ? and we have every right to know that, he simply says again it is technical reason. He said "You can either cancel and wait for reschedule".

Imagine we booked 4 months back and they used our money and two days before they cancelled the flight, without proper compensation and remedial measures. We came to Kerala for Onam, at this peak time if we go for another ticket it is 9000 rs per ticket. They are actually cheating the public, collecting the public money and utilizing for 4 months . We have office jobs and it is necessary that we reached Bangalore on Monday. They created so much o[censored]nrest and tension in our family. They can simply say it is cancelled due to technical reason. I would also add one more point that representative when called was saying they came to know this by August that flights are not going to operate, and such a pathetic people that they informed us by almost 2 days before the journey date.

There is also a possibility of cancelling the flight and operating the flight at high prices and also utilizing the public money these months. They are real cheaters of public.

I humbly request Honorable consumer court to take proper and stringent action against these cheaters of public and provide the proper compensation for the same.

I received the communication from mr. Naveen of air pegasus from hubballi airport on 13th june evening that my flight no. Op-118 from hubballi (Hbx) to bengaluru (Blr) has been rescheduled for tuesday 14th june 2016 from 0840 hours to 1345 hours, i directed mr. Naveen to cancel my reservation and claim for full refund. Pnr no. Is 3fr6m3. I was informed by mr. Naveen that the reservation has been cancelled and process for full refund of rs. 8, 742/- has been initiated. At the time of booking at the bengaluru airport, i made the reservation through cash payment, and i asked to transfer the refund amount to my personal bank account

The details of my journey is flight no. Op-118 from hubballi (Hbx) to bengaluru (Blr) on 14th june 2016 & pnr no. Is 3fr6m3.

After more than 3 months delay, i am still awaiting for the refund amount of 8742/- transfer to my bank account.

I am now taking legal course against this company as there is no hope!
