I have booked a ticket on 10.06.2016 for travelling from trivandrum to bangalore on 22.08.2016. (M718q6). The airlines were generous enough to send an e-mail 2 days before, intimating cancellation of flight. When contacted they informed that refund will be credited to the account within 7 days. Till date i have not received any credit in my account.

I booked my flght on sept 9 with airpegasus airlines..

I have book the ticket for diwali on 27-oct-2016 from bangalore to madurai via make my trip from the air pegasus air line. The ticket is cancelled by airlines due operation issue on 25-aug-2016. But still they have not refund the cancellation amount (Rs.5800). This is really big cheating from the air lines. If they hold the amount for 1lack ticket, that will be come around 5 to 6crores with out any interest they gating this much for there financial commitment.

On june 9 as you might know my flight to madurai was in morning 10:30 they cancelled the flight 24 hrs prior, i called them and asked them now what to do, for that they have arranged another flight in the evening 16:20
I have waited in the airport with my family for 6 hours then they just kept on rescheduling the flight up to 20:00 finally they cancelled the flight at the last moment. Now you tell what was my condition at that moment? I have spent nearly 3000 for food and refreshments and lodged a complaint against mr. Bopanna the airline manager. I want full refund amount.. I booked through trippy tuesday. I lost my whole day and money and now the cash back also. This is not the way you treat people. Have some courtesy of how the customers are being dealt. This is not the first time air pegasus is doing like this. You should note this non operational airlines and try avoiding these kind of airlines. My request is kindly refund the airlines amount in full. Just 682 is refunded this s wrong.

Had booked 2 tickets on air pegasus flight 110 for 30/07/2016. Airline send a message less than 24 hours before due departure time saying that flight has been cancelled. I had made the booking many days in advance as i was returning to bangalore after undergoing a medical surgery in kerala.
In the end i was forced to book an alternate flight at an exorbitant price and i am yet to get my refund from air pegasus till date.

My flight was cancelled from bangalore to mangalore on 5th september 2016 and email was sent regarding cancellation from air pegasus to cancel or modify the ticket.

Tried calling the customer care 100 times for many days, no response. Moreover, when i tried cancelling the ticket i was charged 1500 inr how outrageous. This is a fake company and must be sued.

I will raise a complaint in consumer court plus will start a twitter feed to transport ministry

I booked a ticket from mangalore to bangalore for 3rd september.. At last moment d flight got cancelled.. The same problem my frnd faced. Its a cheat company. Simply later i have to pay extra for other booking. If the company cannot manage just stop the company... Stop eating money of customers n cheat them.
Customers book dis stupid air pegasus getting attracted by their cheap prices.. Its a cheat to scam customers.

Booked two tickets from bangalore to madurai on july 27th 2016. The flight was cancelled at the last moment and there was no refund processed. No response from the airline. I want to file a consumer case against the airline. Airline say they have refunded but makemytrip through which i booked the ticket say they have not received the refund yet. I want severe actions to be taken against the airline.

I booked 2 tickets by air pegasus from goa to bangalore on 13 june 2016. The date of journey was 24 july 2016 and the airlines sent a message, mail and called saying the flight has been cancelled. I have not yet received any refund from the airlines. They do not receive calls at their call center at the number provided on the website[protected]. I had made one of the bookings through cleartrip and when i called their helpline, cleartrip told me the airlines has shut down and they have no update or commitment to return our money. The other booking i had made through air pegasus site itself and there is no update on the status of my refund. This airlines is fraud and should not be allowed to con more people. I request the authorities to take strict action against them and not allow them to fool any more people.

28/07/2016 - 16.00 pm its my travel date . Im plan to travel madurai to chennai . Im booking airpegasus flight via make my trip services . ..But that particular date that flight announced non-operational purpose to cancel all flights. I got information that day afternoon 15.00 pm ill cancel & apply the refund procedure .. Still date 22/08/2016..Still also that particular persons not process my refund amount...Make my trip ticket booking id is nf[protected], my pnr no is 7z9zph

This is the letter i have sent to the air pegasus manager

Dear manager of air pegasus,

I booked my tickets from banglore to hubli and hubli to banglore for 4th of september 2016. I was informed that your flights will be operational from 15th aug but it isn't still now. I again called up and asked that i booked morning tickets, i was informed from hubli air peag that it won't operate in morning, no flight will come in morning from banglore.

I called at least 15 times at your call center and guess what i got lucky that my last call was attended, everytime i hold for 8 minutes and it disconnects by its own. Your call center female said that it won't operate till 31st august. Sir you yourself coordinate with your people and make a firm decision till what date are you going to be not - operating. Your call centre female denied to do my work and said that i would have to email my queries to you, sir we make call centre to help people not to make them more miserable. Instead of assuring me she denied to clarify my query.

I am going hubli to attend an important meeting and i want to go and come back as i have tickets from banglore in the say evening, with this attitude of air peag and the blogs which i read everyday about the punctuality of your airline i don't think i can risk my travel with you.

I want to cancel all my tickets and want full refund.

I have mentioned my details and kindly do the needful at the earliest.

The most ridiculous airline i have ever come across till date.
They cancel the flight and give some number informing that we can call the customer care for cancellation/enquiries, but no one answers the call.

We are made to wait for 15 - 20 minutes and then the call gets disconnected automatically.

What sort of service is this???

I am gonna post about this on all he social networking sites so everybody is aware of the pathetic service of your airlines

Also it is not a toll free number, so our balance gets deducted while we wait, how ridiculous can you guys be???

I have experienced twice the wrath of this airline company. My request, never ever book flight with this firm whatsoever. The only attractive thing is the flight rates of this, which will eventually at end be cancelled with their so called "technical reason" which is actually their own mismanagement of business. I have proofs to support my claim that i have missed 2 connecting flight due to these people. They take shelter with the term of "technical reason" and cancel flights, and, 2 times i have faced this problem. Its much better to go with any other airline which is offering little more than these guys and completely unprofessional behavior from their customer relation team. Neither they respond to the calls, nor the mails which i have to supposedly send 20 mails for one reply from theirs. They are just completely numb when asked question. My suggestion never ever ever ever ever ever ever book your flight through this firm instead try every other airline who has the courtesy of handling its customer grievances well.

I have booked my tickets through makemytrip.com for Air pegasus for travel to cochin from bangalore. the ticket was booked on 10th May. they offered the cheapest tickets for the date of travel i.e. 6th Aug and return on 7th Aug.
the air pegasus team just called me half and hour back and informed that the flight has been cancelled. now the ticket rates have become double. how is anyone supposed to get tickets at the last minute. one of the most horrible travel experience. there are so many negative reviews about this airlines. please let me know what can be done regarding this.

I booked 4 tickets with air pegasus for me and my friends. The flight op-124 was scheduled for 3rd jan 2016 from maa to blr. It was cancelled and we were notified on 31st dec and 3rd jan. Since i was unable at that time i contacted customer care in mid january, and was assured the full return will be made in cash or reward points, whichever way the payment was made. On 27th feb, i contacted my bank that why that refund not in my credit card and reward points so they opened requests. After 4 months of follow ups now the bank responds stating that 'airline has declined refund stating that flight was operational and i flew it.' this is harassment from the airline and the bank. Please review the complaint. A quick redressal will be appreciated.

As per the details provided above i booked a flight in air pegasus to travel from bangalore to hubli on 29.05.2016. Flight no. Op 111, pnr no. Cmkt6h. The flight was cancelled by the airline but no advance information was provided either by airline or by make my trip. I came to know about the cancellation of the flight only when i reached the airport to board the flight.

Even thought flight is cancelled by the airline no refund is credited to my account till date and make my trip website is showing my booking in confirm section.

I request air pegasus and make my trip both to credit my full amount along with all charges and insurance premium because i did not travel on the said flight so there is no question of insurance. Please insure quick disposal of my grievance.

When i visit complain section of air pegasus it showing error always.

This money is not anywhere near the trauma i had undergone considering the very late hour travels and too much wait times at the airports. It would be great when you compensate your future customers for the trauma.

I have booked flight ticket on 6th February 2016 from Mangalore to Bangalore travel dated 18th March 2016.

The booking has been confirmed and i have received the invoice also, but my ticket has been cancelled on 15th March saying cancelled for operational reasons and there was no compensation, the customer care were rude not willing to help us. I had a onward International flight from Bangalore and when i had to rebook from mangalore to bangalore the tickets i had to spend 3 times the actual cost because of reckless behavior of air pegasaus which is there regular habit to cancel flights and call it operational reasons.

They promised full refund not have i received full refund and also i pledge they owe me a compensation.

They just send a random text flight cancelled highly unprofessionsl.

Such airways should not operate.
I need my compensation and full refund.
