I have booked flight ticket on 7th January 2016 from Bangalore to mangalore travel dated 19th February 2016.

The booking has been confirmed and i have received the invoice also, but my ticket has been cancelled on 18th February evening 8 PM which is just one day before my travel.

I have struggled lot to travel from Bangalore to Mangalore next day with my pregnant wife.

Date - 21st aug, 2015 Timings - 12:20 PM Client Name - Air Pegasus Flight Number - OP-122 We booked a flight named Air Pegasus from Madurai to Bangalore on 21st aug, 2015. On 9th aug, 2015, I got a message from airlines that flight is on timings. When on 21st aug, 2015, I reached Madurai airport and was informed that there is no such flight at this time. When I called to Air Pegasus office, informed that this flight has been rescheduled to 9:30 PM without any notification. I asked for the apology mail from the company and refund of Rs 5000(Full refund) but didn't got any response till now. Its my humble request to the company that being in such an important profession they should respect the time of their clients and should not take them for granted. Resolution : Apology Mail from the company and full refund

Dear Travellers, Air Pegasus website works perfectly if you are booking ticket online. It won't work when you trying to do cancellation through there website. It will throw error as ":Username password mismatch" or Confirmation Number show's always mismatch to cancel the ticket. I did reserved with Debit card. So, Debit Card holder's must be cancel with Air Pegasus website. But, Cancellation can't be done through this Air Pegasus website be aware friend's. Kadapa to Bangalore ticket was unable to cancel through online. I spoke with call center executive he said debit card holder's could do cancellation only on website. But, they already programmed well. Thense, passenger's should't be able to cancel their tickets due to mismatch of your confirmation number or PNR number. I lost my whole amount for nothing. Air Pegasus is cheating @ Cancellation subject.

I a pregnant lady along with my young child booked a flight to Tehran via Istanbul on 13/ July 2014 from London stansted airport . The staff behind the check-in called Glen no need to say very untrained and acting unprofessional, printed my boarding cards to my first and second routs, but just handed half of them to me and sent me to the gate. When I arrived at the gate the security obviously stopped us as we did not have our boarding cards! Although they were aware of their own mistake they sent us back to check in desk which you can only imagine how long it would take to get there and back in busy times like July. By the time I got there a guy called Adam saw us, ignored us and closed the gate causing us to miss the flight! Then they offered to sell us two one way tickets for an addition cost if £1140, which I obviously refused to pay. I do not believe a cheap airline should mean cheap attitude . Although their own fault they have not yet emailed or even acknowledged the problem. I had to go and visit my terminally ill dad, but when back in uk if still ignored by them I will definitely get my solicitor and MP involved to stop them cunning people in this very unprofessional and disgusting tactic. I will not recommend nor use this scammer airline again.

SHOES WERE PURCHASED 7 MONTHS AGO AND WITHIN A MONTH THE SOUL OF THE SHOES HAVE COME OUT ON BOTH ,THE RIGHT SHOE AS WELL AS THE LEFT SHOE..THE SIZE OF THE SHOE IS 8 (UK[protected].....I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER..I HAVE ATTATCHED THE PICTURES OF THE SHOES SO THAT U CAN HAVE A FAIR IDEA ABOUT THE SAME
