[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel is cheating with customer

Hello sir, I am aircel user and monthly 500 to 600 I am paying to aircel but still they providing wrong info and cheating people. When I tried to call at customer care they didn't resolved but block me. My aircel number is [protected] And my complaint number is 1-[protected] As I seen in freecharge app while doing recharge full talk time but its fake. Yesterday aircel service has charge from the same mobile no Rs.18 for STD and LOCAL pack for 28 days.
