[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel prepaid mobile balance deducted

Dear sir/madam,
I am prakash and my number is [protected]. I have switched from vodafone to aircel by mnp. Customer care told me you have 250mb free mobile data, so i have used just 4mb data but they deduct my mobile balance 40 rs. I called customer care, they told me t free services are available u can use. So again i tried and that time also they deduct my mobile balance. I lost 40+ rupees and my mnp offers not activated yet. I have complained about this matter to customer care 5 days ago. But they didn't solve my issue, replied call after 1hour, didn't give proper response and blocked my calls. I can't refund my money and get the mnp welcome offer. Please help me. The aircel customer care didn't have any feedback options. Totally dissatisfied

Aircel has deducted my 75 rs from balance stating that glamour zone service has been auto renewed. When I called customer care, he told me that he has stopped the service henceforth it won't b deducted again. What about the lost 75 rupees. Plz return it back.
Resp. Sir, I have purchased a SIM card having a number [protected] for my daughter as she was going for a competition in west Bengal.
But unfortunately she lost it with the mobile handset. And I found that the lost SIM card is being used by somebody. So I request you to block it.

I have done MNP from idea to aircel with mobile number [protected].
From Yesterday night the new Aircel sim is getting network, but whenever I call to activation number 59059 it's not getting connected.
Solve the issue immediately.

My balance is detecting some money since last few month. I reach costumer care 198 but they informed that it charged for Quiz context but i didn't receive any information through mail or message confirmation ( how irresponsible ) at the time of subscribe ... please make my money back ASAP or else i will take an serious action.
