My name is V.Harikrishnan my phone number is[protected]. I have changed MNP from Tata docomo to Aircel network. The number is activated but not recharging, no outgoing, no sms reciving and outgoing. I have complained many times in Aircel company and customer care. But nobodies responed to me. i have distrubed in mentaly and business sector also. so help me and clear my problem.

Within 1 weeks my unnessesry balance of Amt 140 till date has been deducted .i am now fed up with this each deduction wich is unnessesry deduction i want all my money back in my account as soon as possible nd i huble request you to do not deduct my unnessery balnce...

Hi I'm using Aircel Pre-Paid service for the last 5 year. I can't able to call the toll fre number 000 117. I called to Aircel Customer care service they replied it's not our problem and adviced me to check my side. It's working fine in Aitel,Vodafone Prepaid Services. For this reason i can't able to join in my office team meetings....

I bought neeyum naanum pack 3 months ago. The calls between sim1 to sim2 is 10 paise as per the plan. But calls made from sim2 to sim1 is costing 1 rupee. i register complaint through customer care and also i vistited aircel cellcity. they said it will be cleared within 2 day. Still i didnt receive any response. I have been waiting for 3 months....

I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they send some settings which are not working. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city(Customer care centres). But cell city in Hosur(Where I live) are merely bill collection centres and they dont know technical details. Cell city people redirected me to Customer care. I have called morethan 25 times the customer care in the span of 15 days, each time different...

Please call [protected] ( Aircel Customer care number), i tried this number before mentioning it to you, and it is working absolutely fine.

Please check the Aircel website for more details.

I think Aircel is doing a good job, but this is purely my opinion...

I ported my Aircel number [protected] to Vi network, long back in the year of 2018
But i moved to UAE, the number got deactivated and went pack to mother network despite of after porting for more than 5 years

i want the number back in Vi network, most of my important documents are linked to that same number

so plzzzzzz

Aircel has installed a mobile tower on our land, we were receiving rent every month regularly until 2017 first quarter. However, from then, aircel stopped paying us rent and it has already been close to 6 years now but they never turned up and we never received any rent ever since. Hi Team,

I lost my Aircel Sim in 2017 and I blocked the service so till now the number is not activated in any other network. Unfortunately I have mapped my PF account details to my aircel number.I have forgot my credentials to login into PF portal and I am trying it by using forgot password. It is asking for OTP received to my Aircel number as I my number is not available I am unable to continue.
Kindly help me to get my mobile number back to any other network.
