Hello
I'm from maharashtra
I'm having issue regarding portability of aircel sim number
I'm not able to port my aircel sim as i cannot send text to 1900 because there is no network
I had also submitted my aadhar card details in pune aircel office but now this office is also shut down
And that is why i'm not able to get unique port code
Please solve my issue

    My number : [protected], AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 02 mar, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am not receiving incoming call too and now it's become a major prob, guys please help me to send upc code, it's very urgent hope u know my situation, thank you.

      I have send message to 1900 for porting my mob no: [protected]several times, aircel coverage is very less in my area. When i tried to call through ivr [protected], it is asking last 5 digits of sim card number to get port no, my sim is quite old and i don't find any number at the back side of my sim. So kindly help me out to get port number.

        I am sent, port and my number to 1900 but i am not getting any response. I need my upc code as soon as possible please.. When i am sending messages like (Port *) their is no reply and some times i am being replayed by dt aircel (Dear customer, please send the request in the below format. Port) this kind of process is repeated consecutively please my current aircel number is linked in most of my mails and bank account i need i can't afford to lose one pleas resolve my issue.           I want to port both my own and my mom number from aircel. We already send the message for porting it was shown as delivered but till now we havent got any upc code. We have send the message several time but no upc code till now.. What is the problem that they are unable to send the upc code.
          Its creating problem for everyone to port to other network.

          Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.

            Hello,

            I am in US . Aircel SIM not getting any network. I need to get the messages on my SIM including OTP and others. I contacted customer care but no satisfying answer from them . they told to recharge with 500 rs . I did that but still no network. Can you please help. Its very annoying.

            This is impacting as I am not able to make nay money transfers and most annoying thing this that I a m not getting any response from Aircel team.

              Hi,
              I am from salem district of tamil nadu. Being a aircel customer for more than 12 years, and just because of the network issues now wanting to port out, called [protected] ivr for getting upc. Unfortunately, the system says that the sim card information is not matching as per the records with the mobile number. I am trying to port out two numbers from my family. Both these numbers have the same problem. There is no tower in my area (Mettur dam) and couldnt even latch into airtel's network for receiving upc. All my aadhar, bank accounts and most of the services are linked to the aircel numbers only. Kindly do the needful.

              Why cant the trai allow porting without upc for porting out of aircel as they filed bankruptcy?? Its really making life tough.

                I have sent multiple sms for porting to 1900 but haven't got any upc code yet. As everyone knows that aircel is set to exit india and network has worsened over the time. Please send me upc code. I have even tried the ivr to generate the upc code by providing mobile number and last 5 digits of sim but its saying "the sim number is not matching their records". The sim number is written on the sim itself and still its not accepting it.

                I raised a comlain with the consumer complain government portal "http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/". You can do the same.

                Mitali & Krishna,

                I think you can call your aircel customer care number from any other mobile and follow the IVR way to generate the UPC Code. Parameters that you need to enter are mobile number and last 5 digits of sim card number.(If simcard number is not there on sim then you can install Simcard info from android play store and see the IMSI number). That way you can get the UPC code generated.

                I have tried it already, they just keep on saying that the information does not match their records. And now the lines are busy, so even the customer care couldn't be contacted.

                    My aircel mobile no : [protected] i have been trying to send the portability activation message to 1900 for a two days. (It is in the correct format and I sent from Asus phone). I have spent hours repeatedly talking on your customer care numbers and all they always say is "You will receive a message within 24 hours." But still nothing has happened and repeatedly I got ur sent message is not correct please send the correct format

                    Can you please tell me whether I should still keep my patience or go rogue?

                      Even after providing with correct sim card details and mobile number, the ivr at [protected] says data does not match. Please help. Need to port out immediately. Seding repeated messages to 1900 does not help either. We are stuck and need to retrieve the numbers as those are connected to bank accounts, it return files, etc. Please resolve the issue immediately.                         My aircel number is [protected]. When someone is dialing this no. A computer tone saying "the number you have dialed is incorrect, please recheck the number and dial again" is getting received from 6-7 days continuously. I also requested twice for unique port code (Upc) at 1900 to port my number on different network but not received yet. Please look into the matter and kindly resolve my problem.

But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times from 1st march 2018 to 5th march 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc.                           I have called the Aircel customer care number that number is [protected].
                          And they have sent the email please call that number.And you can generate UPC code.But the problem is that IVR call please enter the last five digits of sim card number.One question to Aircel team Technology is updated all are having smart phones sim slot is hybrid or micro sim.I have been using Aircel For last 10 years.Please provide the UPC code as soon as possible through email.

                          But that IVR process is fault.Where did I can get the last five digits of sim card number?

                          Are you mad? When I am calling that number should be asked last 5 digits of Sim card number.How it is possible ? The Sim should be micro SIM and that number should be erased. I had bought that Sim for last 10years ago. Please provide the UPC code as soon as possible

                            I have no network on my mobile number [protected] for the last 13 days. This is my primary number and hence I am not able to carry out any transactions due to unavailability of otps while my job requires me to do so frequently. I am completely distressed and not able to receive important calls. Also, I am not getting UPC. I have tried so many times to contact them through emails and tweets but no response from their side. I visited Aircel stores but they have been closed indefinitely. I tried to get UPC by calling on helpline number [protected] but it says the data I am providing I, e, mobile number and sim number doesn't match my records. Please provide UPC. This is not the way to treat loyal customers. have some decency at least

                              I am trying to port my aircel sim and have messaged multiple times at 1900 in the required format today but to no avail.
                              My aircel no is registered in bank account and it is also my whatsapp and paytm no. Soon aircel is going to shut down and i need to poet immediately. So can i get the unique code fast..
                              Aircel just kept charging me for each msg sent to 1900 but didn't send the unique code!!!

                                I want to port my aircel service to other service... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

                                It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

                                Please provide solution for my problem.

                                      My name is abhijeet kumar and my aircel no. Is [protected]. Since aircel is ditching it's customers without any shame it left me with no option except porting my no. To other service provider. From few days i have ade several attempts to generate a porting code by following the prescribed procedure but in return aircel is not sending me the porting code, while message sent for porting code is being promptly charged. The whole process is making me helpless as there is lack to proper punishment for this kind of inconvenience caused to the companies.

                                      Therefore i request you to please take necessary action against aircel so that they should provide me the porting code.
