Hi Sir,

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 26 february, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

    I have sent the port out SMS at least 15 times from my Aircel mobile number for the last 15 days and I have received no response. Today I tried generating UPC from my another network. Even though I provided correct mobile no and sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. Kindly suggest or resolve at the earliest.

      Hi team,

      I have sent port xxxxxxxxxx to 1900 from my aircel number, but i am not getting the port number.

      Also, there is no network from two days. I am facing severe issues as everything is linked to that mobile number only.

      Kindly provide me the port number as soon as possible so that i can switch to other network before my number shut down completely.

          Dear sir. Am using aircel network nine years continuously... But I have suffered network problems issues.. I have many personal problems for this network issue.. I afraid of my losing number. I have been sent ten times port request. But still aircel did not provide me upc code... Please help me. I would eagerly awaiting to upc code.. Please send me quickly
          I have tried 2weeks for sending port out message to 1900.
          Still the Message sending failed. How can I resolve it. Please allow all to send message or send a automatic UPC code to all aircel customers.
          We cant do anything without upc. Please give a best service

            Hi,
            Please provide me upc for my aircel number [protected] to port from aircel to other network. I'm not able to use my number from 15 days.
            I have tried to send port [protected] message to 1900. But have not received any response for sms also. Kindly resolve this asap to help me use my number.

            My alternate contact is [protected]. It would be great if i get the upc number as soon as possible as i am just waiting to get back my number online as i have a huge dependencies on this number.

              I am using aircel mobile more than 10 years, now i trying to change the other networks,
              I send message more than 20 times in last 2 months, "port [protected] to 1900" but i didn;t received the upc code. Please send me upc. Really i am totally disappointed with your service.

                Because i m not recieving my unique porting code.
                I have tried a lot about this issue and sent msg about 20 time in span of 13 days.
                I have already sent msg & email on care. [protected]@aircel.co.in. As per prescribed process.
                Please resolve my issue as i there are no networks available in my area. And i m recieving huge problem because of this.

                  I have been an aircel customer for a long time. Now, when i'm trying to port, i'm not getting my upc code. My mobile number is [protected]. I sent message to port around 6 times but didnt get any reply. I tried to port through iccid method, it says my sim number (Iccid) is wrong. Please process my request cause my whole life now depends on you. I'm not able to do any bank transaction, cant open mail 'coz its linked to mobile number which has no signal. Sir i hope you will process my request as soon as possible.

                    Tried to generate aircel UPC. Called aircel customer care enter mobile number and last 5 digit sim number. It says mobile number and sim number doesn't match with aircel record. My all accounts are linked in my aircel number.
                    Please provide work around to get the UPC number for porting.

                    Currently i am in dubai. So i could not come and meet representative directly

                            No mobile network is available while on roaming. Also does not allow porting as messages cannot be sent to 1900. Please advise how to get upc for porting.
                            I have tried to call aircel office numbers as listed on website but unable to do so. Please advise as cannot use phone for calling or sending messages. Also it is not allowing to register on any mobile network while on roaming since last 2 days.

                                  I want to port my aircel number to other network due to lack of network. But despite my sending of the port message several times, aircel is not providing me the upc code. I have contacted the customer care center of aircel through phone and through mail too but still they are not providing the upc code. Even after trai has asked them to do so they are not providing the upc code. No response is given by the customer care and even the aircel store is not helping me with this. I want to port this number soon owing to the pathetic services. They say they will resolve my problem in 48 hours but it is not happening. Please provide me my upc code.

                                      Sir i have requested upc for my mobile number [protected] on march 4, 2018, and my upc code is dt84355 and when i shared this to other service providers this code is shown invalid. I have requested upc again but same code is received and same problem.

                                      I want to port my mobile no bcoz aircel is shutting down service in chennnai.
                                      But due to this upc i m suffering from alots problem.

                                      Only 7 digit UPC DT82199 is generated through ivr and it is not getting accepted by Airtel when trying to port saying invalid UPC.please help
