I have msg many times PORT n mobile number but have not received the UPC code as Aircel is closed n not able to switch to other service provide also.
Can i get my issue resolved as soon as possible as it is lots of probs.
Can your team healp me in resolving my query n providing me with the UPC code which is required to change mobile service provider from aircel to airtel

    Sir,

    I have delhi aircel number & i am using this number from last three years in rajasthan. But from last 15-16 days there is no signal on this number.

    I have another aircel number & it works properly. Your customer care no. Is not supported & i have also mailed at [protected]@aircel.co.in but there is no response. Aircel mobile shopkeepers are also not able to help me, they only can port this number but it also not possible without any signal.

    So please help me how to start this number again.

    I hope you will look this issue immediately...

      I am continuously messaging since many days for unique poring code to 1900 but aircel is not providing the unique porting code till date.
      Network of aircel is not working in my area and facing difficulties in sending the message for unique porting code.
      So kindly provide unique porting code of my aircel mobile number [protected] immediately for further necessary action of porting.

        I am using aircel number for 12 years. Due to the recent announcement of aircel i wish to port my mobile no. I tried sending the msg port to 1900. But i could not sent. I keep on receiving an error msg stating that "message not sent".

        I also tried another option of calling the ivr number provided for rotn ([protected]). While updating the last five digit of aircel sim number, i keep on getting an automated msg saying that the provided number is not matching with the record available with aircel.

        Please note that this number is been used for all my communication and banking purposes.

        I humbly request you to resolve the issue at the earliest and enable my mobile number to port

          I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 4th march, 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area. And heard that aircel is going to shut down their services in delhi.. So i don"t want to loose my number.. Kindly assist me

              I have tried several times sending a port message with my number to aircel on 1900. Still, haven't heard anything from them. Please give out porting codes to everyone and not just me. We all are troubled because of your poor customer service. Their customer care number is also not working and service centre people don't give a satisfactory solution. Please, provide us with the upc codes. It's the least you can do for us.

                Trying to send the port message from my existing aircel numbers, but not being able to. Tried using the alternate method of calling customer care. But every time it said wrong info. I have got 2 aircel numbers which i am using sice last 7 yrs, but now i am not being able to use them, so cant throw them away because of contacts

                  I am trying to change my aircel number, as there is no network coverage in my area . I have tried switching my phone but nothing happen . I applied for port code on 4th march 2018 but till date I haven't received any response .                     I sent a text "port (My mobile no) to 1900, several time. But did not receive my port number. So i request aircel company to help me out.in my area there is no service of aircel.                       I have been trying to get upc from aircel and have been requested it many time in last couple of day by sending "port [protected]" to 1900. The message is getting delivered successfully but i am not getting the upc code. I have spent more than 100 rs for getting the code. It is costing me around 3.45 rs for each sms.

                      It's my primary number and has been using it since last 4 yr. Now there is no network for aircel in my home. If you are not able to provide the service, that's fine. At lease provide the porting code so that i can make my life easier.

                          I have send several port sms for porting my aircel to different network. But i haven't received any upc code. I am using this number more than 7 years and this is also my official number. I didn't want to loose the number. As it is my official number i can't change the number.                             I am aircel prepaid user based in bangalore, karnataka, and i have a balance in my account of around 280 rs.

                            But due to aircel bankrupcy, it is not is not working any more in my place and i have no option then to port out. But before porting out i wanted to use my balance amount or i want to transfer it to another operator.

                            How can i claim my balance amount or transfer it to other operator?

                                  Herewith attached the snapshot of portability request from the airtel operator to aircel subject to (Aircel operator) accptance.

                                    I have send many times sms to 1900 for porting port [protected] in five days, but not any respond to aircel operator. My bank accound, aadhar linking, lpg account, epfo account all mentions my aircel number only ([protected]). So please send my porting code in my alternative number or send me my mail id... So please kindly help me...

                                      I have been trying to generate porting code bt network is unavailable to send message to 1900.. Please give my porting code to port to the other network. It's a sincere request to resolve my problem as i am user of this network from past 7 years

                                      I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on[protected]. Still UPC code is not sent. PLz help me ASAP.
