Hi Sir,

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 22 feb 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC.Resolved] Aircel — aircel not providing unique code.

    This is my current aircel number [protected]. Since there is no availability of signal, i am unable to receive upc for my number. Hence requesting your team to kindly send the upc to port my number to the service provider which doesnt provide any fatal consequences at all.

    Utterly disappointed with the service provided.

        My aircel number is [protected]. The aircel network in my area totally dead. I am not able to send SMS to 1900 to PORT to other Network. I am willing to PORT to other network. Please send the UPC coded to my email adress. ib.[protected]@gmail.com

        I was already made a complaint to the circle customer care centre. At present the cartel network is functioning with several earl breaks.

        I want to change my network with my present no. [protected]. If I a getting the UPC code from circle only I am able to change my network.

        Hence, action may be taken to send the UPC code through SMS or by email

          I'm balu anand using aircel network as my primary number for around 7 years. My aircel number is [protected]. Every important account is related to that number. Suddenly the network is down. I've requested unique porting code in order to switch to any other network yesterday night. Till now it is not received. Kindly send me the code to my number if possible (Or) atleast send an email with the code to theking. [protected]@gmail.com. Its very urgent kindly take necessary action asap.

            Hi Aircel Support,

            I have an AIRCEL number from Assam. The network is very unstable and calls are not going at one go. For incoming we need to try for 5 times atleast to establish the connection. If they are closing down they should inform customers in advance atleast.

            I want to port my number but now how can i do this as there is no network on my sim so I can not send any message or call.

            So, Please help me to get the UPC code ASAP.

                  Hello sir,
                  We are facing issue when we try to port out the aircel no, i tried to receive a upc code from last 4 to 5 days, but after sending sms to 1900 i am not able to receive any single response from other side.
                  Some time network becomes unavailable and some time network available. I have tried to reach out aircel customer care but didn't do that.

                  Kindly look onto this issue and revert me asap.

                          I am Niranjani of Chennai, and for the past two days from 21-2-18 till today there seems to be no service in the Aircel Network! And to Port to another network, you need to be able to send the Porting request from the number that you wanted to change, and due to lack of service it's not possible! Please someone sort this out!

                            No proper source is provided, customers are been harmed by not provideing complete notice, statements not clear what to be done, they are running out of our questions

                              I have been trying to post out of aircel for the past few days.. But i haven't received the unique code for porting out... O have messaged to 1900.. My number is [protected]... Kindly resolve the issue. I have even approached customer care to lodge a complain.. Buy the call gets disconnected before i could do it. I get a reply message from aircel asking me not to post out.. Kindly do the needful

                                I live in dhanbad, jharkhand. From last 5 days there is no network in my area. Neither i am able to send any sms or calls nor receive it. It was my primary number and it is linked everywhere. I cannot afford to lose my number at any cost. I am not able to port out because porting sms is not being able to send due to network problem. The message is getting sent but no confirmation code is coming back.

To obtain the same i had sent message multiple times to get the upc code to 1900. But i couldn't get still now. I'm not sure how to get and change my mobile provider.                                         I am using your service for a long time. You have been barred my sms service. Now your network is down in my area... Without port i can't change my network. For getting port number i have to send sms to 1900. But you have barred my sms service then how should i get my port number by sending sms to 1900 its creating headache nowadays...
