Airtel — [protected]_WIFI : Escalation for customer harrasment

My experience with Airtel Wi-Fi has been terrible — frequent outages, careless relocation handling, and rude customer service.

I raised a relocation request within the same area, which was accepted despite Airtel Fibre not even being available there. After that, I’ve been repeatedly harassed with calls asking for the same details again and again — especially for router pickup.

On top of that, your team calls from random spam-marked numbers and behaves rudely when customers refuse to share details.

Here’s my clear stand:

1. I’ve discontinued Airtel Fibre.
2. Router pickup can be done at the address provided via email to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 25th October from my registered mail id
3. Stop calling from unverified numbers.
