[Resolved]  Airtel — 150 rs deducted for 3g which i didn't even use.

I just inserted my sim card in my oneplus 2 mobile and the 3g started and deducted 40 mb 3g costing me 150 rs. Are you kidding me. No data transfer occurred during that time as i was setting up my mobile. Look into this revert back to me. This is just unacceptable. Do you think i will pay 150 for 40mb. My phone number is [protected]. Look into this asap. I tried your help section. Guess what they gave me token and 2 hrs of time to resolve. And then i get an sms that tells me that my issue is resolved!!!???. Are you kidding me. I haven't received any form of communication, how can my issue get resolved..??. I haven't received back my balance. A 40 mb data costs 8 rs. I know your plans. Charging 150 rs. This is just unacceptable. Look into this asap
