[Resolved] Airtel — 349 plan does not work in roaming, not mentioned on offer detail | |||||
I have recharged 349 & 399 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
