Hello, i'm using your network (3g pack) for the last 3 years. I have recharged for 3g pack amounting to inr.178 through online on 23rd august 2017. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Expedite your process. Airtel data sim no : [protected] amount of recharge : inr. 178 date of transaction : 23rd august 2017 airtel transaction id : [protected]. Bank name : icici bank Subsequently, i did a recharge for inr 178 through net banking on the same day; airtel transaction id: [protected] This amounts to recharge of the same pack for the same period twice. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 24, 2017 Thenmozhi Nilani's response I need 84 Gb data for my pack. Take action immediately.

Last month I recharged rs 399. 84 days pack but it expire with in 28 days. Please recover my problem otherwise I change my network.

I had call to requesting to deduct my data balance but the customer care was misbehave with me and this is what which is really, I don't like my data balance back.
