Airtel — 40 days big network failure in noida sector 15 up. - price of 4g providing 3g only | |||||
I have written this email to nodal officer airtel north zone but haven't received any response. Hi, My name is gajendra singh ([protected]). Why this email to you? It’s been 15+ days i am facing network issues in noida sector 15 up (Pin-201301) area. I called your team at 8:30 pm on 26 march 2018, monday. My total call duration was 100 minutes approx. I had words with these people in series based on their level of capabilities to answer my queries but all got failed to resolve it. Anupam chauhan : senior manager zone – north zone Sahas nischal : manager– north zone Satish kumar : supervisor– north zone Kirti kumari : executive – north zone My concern : I am paying for 4g network and good quality network and from last 15 days i am having 3g network only with 50% call drops everyday. In today’s call - anupam chauhan : senior manager zone – north zone told me that you have to enjoy the same speed and network till end of april 2018. Why this information was not shared on email or call before? Why would i as consumer should pay you for that past and upcoming bad downgraded services? My demand: Send a mass email to all your user that you will take fix the network issues in next 40 days or end of april 2018. Or Wave off next 03 months bill from my account due to downgraded services and no prior information or no final information about this issues resolution. Waiting for your kind and early response.
