Airtel — 4g hotspot always providing 3g data | |
Submit a Complaint I have bought airtel six month advance rentel plan ([protected])with free device one month before... From the first day itself its not working properly, its very unstable ... Always the Network showing only 3G ...In my mobile also i am using airtel only and i am getting 4G network regularly so only i choose Airtel instead of Bsnl broadband... But this hotspot device is not working properly... I don't know what's the problem the device or simcard.. After purchasing the device i can't able to contact the local dealer also... The person from customer care service centre asking to contact the dealer to solve the problem... I don't know what to do... Help us to solve the problem... Thank in advance...
