Airtel — 4g network issue [protected] | |||
I manish kumar verma postpaid customer of airtel having no. [protected] facing lots of network issue while surfing internet. The 4g is totally down and i am not able to access the internet. In this regard i registered a complaint with ref no 87366725 dated 30.08.18 and it is assured by the representative that the problem will be solved within 4 days. In this connection one network representative visited my house on 02.09.2018 and he found that network is good but there is some problem in 4g that is why internet is down. This is to inform you that the representative was not able to open even a google page. Again i enquire for the same on 03.09.2018 but the airtel customer service representative not able to solve my problem also not able to tell when the same will be solve also not provided me any higher official number. I have more than 100gb data in my account but i am not able to use which effect my official work. Please let me know if i port the number to another service provider then whether you reimburse the cost of available data in my account and also let me know who is responsible for loss in my business.
