Airtel — 4g network issue @ coimbatore | |||
I have been an airtel postpaid customer for the past 10 years and all my family members use airtel services. Offlate, i’m facing lot of issues with airtel due to network problem. I’m not getting network at my home (Kuniamuthur, coimbatore) for the last 4 to 5 months (It was working fine prior to that). I have spoken to several customer service executives, raised several tickets (Not sure of the status), but nothing improved. Once a rep from erikson came to my home, checked the network signals and confirmed that it is worst at my home and he said, he would submit the report to airtel. Even after that nothing has changed and its getting worst now. No use of having huge data when 4g network is not loading. Most of the time when someone try to reach me, they get ‘not reachable’ answer. At times, even i’m not getting network for emergency communications. I raised a ticket # 76916417 on 13/6/2017, 77330196 on 29/6/2017, 78896330 on 24/8/2017 and 78908878 on 25/8/2017 for the same network issue. Everytime i speak to your customer service executives, they raise a ticket, says networking team will contact me in 2 days, but nothing happened. I don’t know what happened to the status of all these tickets. I need this networking problem fixed at my home immediately as i’m getting ridiculous service from airtel. I'm currently at Chennai and Coimbatore Cheran Maanagar is my home town. While I visit my home town I face lot of issues with Airtel network, especially 4g connectivity and voice clarity. My mom and me planning to do MNP to some other network soon.
We are paying the network and what's the use of network sucks...
