[Resolved]  Airtel — 4g signal not coming on my iphone 6s plus even after 2 times changing a new sim

A month back I lost my phone in Bangalore, so I blocked my number. came back to Delhi, got a duplicate SIM card. I again put the new sim on my another iPhone 6s Plus but it showed only 3G. I enabled 4g also but no luck. After multiple calls with customer care, they asked me to get a new sim.got new sim but no luck. I am very very frustrated with this.

Hi Shivam,

I also facing the same problem.. I also have iphone 6s plus and it is only showing 3G..
These airtel customer care guys are useless.. I am communicating with them from last 3 weeks..
They are just buying time.. And sometimes they will just irritate you buy saying some network coverage problem in your area..

Please switch to vodafone.. 4G is working fine with vodafone network.
