Airtel — 4g sim is not working in 4g set

Hello airtel prepaid. Today irrecharged 349 offer (28 gb data and unlimited calls for 28 days). Getting no internet connection from morning. Tried to contact customer exicutive several times. But hell of the system. Find no way to talk to them. System is only directing through other ways. What kind of bluff is this? Tried all the method present in google. Please solve this mess.
