Airtel — 5G Unlimited not working after consuming 2GB

My Airtel number: 90346XXXXX
Plan: ₹979 prepaid
Issue: Unlimited 5G not working. After 2GB data, internet stops despite being on 5G network (speed confirmed ~270 Mbps).
This is a service failure. Kindly activate unlimited 5G immediately.
