Airtel — [protected] balance is shown incorrectly | |||
To the above mob I remitted a sum of Rs 399/-on 15.6.20`19 by Paytm at 8.29pm to get recharge for 84 days.It was accepted and message was sent .But onasking the balance it was informed that Rs 212.67 via sms.There is NO system to contact your customercare and there is no response over mobile. Will you pl checkup and inform me how the incorrect balance was repeatedly sent over messages PL provide numbers of customer care to talk over phone in future on such complaints.
