Airtel — [protected] (Pre-paid) | number re-activated | existing pack not showing up

I am Kalyan Viswanath Thumu, having an Airtel Prepaid connection with mobile @ [protected] for more than 18 years. Recently, my number got deactivated suddenly on[protected]. I received alerts just 3 working days in advance and even not received any communication on the deactivation date. This is really pathetic from Airtel. I did a recharge of 3599 on[protected] with 365 days validity (Valid till[protected]. How can a number be deactivated with only 3 days in advance notice (even with validity valid till next 9 months)?

After 4 days of continuous follow up with the airtel store, my number finally got reactivated today[protected], but my existing Pack is not showing up (even though it is still valid for next 9 months). I checked with the airtel store directly, but they suggested sending mail to customer care. Tried reaching them through customer care, store and mail, but no response. Even there is no way to reach out Airtel either through customer care number or Airtel Thanks App for this concern.

Please let me know the process to claim that back (either as refund or the same PACK can be continued to my number).

Already, I lost 5 days of important tasks due to this activity from Airtel.

Can someone escalate this?. I am losing my valuable time from the last 6 days only to follow-up with Airtel. I am awaiting for this response to use my number

Any update on this? Visited Airtel Store again but they are helpless. Suggested again to call customer care/send mail to customer care. Did everything, but no luck.

Calling customer care is of no use at all. There is no proper IVR options for my issue.
Getting automated replies from customer care mail saying that "We noticed that you're contacting us from an email ID that isn't linked to your Airtel account. ". Confirmed on my mail by visiting Airtel Store directly, and they confirmed my email id is correct.

Its like a closed loop which never gonna end...Very worst response from Airtel.
