Airtel — accidentally recharged on a wrong number | |||
Sir, I have mistakenly recharged my number ([protected]) on[protected]Yesterday) with ₹:498, The number was already recharged with the same plan 1 month ago and the plan is remaining for another 60 days. But still the company has processed my recharge request without any warning of the same plan existing in my number. This is pure business by exploiting an error that can often occur from a customer. I contacted them regarding the issue and they were not giving a positive reply. So, i am kindly requesting you to take necessary actions for a refund or transfer of the same plan to my friend's airtel number ([protected]). Hope you will consider my request.
