I had taken, Airtel wifi connection (pre-paid) for 6 months whilst in Ahmedabad around 26 Nov 24, attached is the statement. I had to leave Ahmedabad for professional reasons, so i wanted to cancel connection, for which i put a request on 22nd march 25. I had clearly stated, i would be leaving the city by 30th march 25 and somebody to come and collect the devices (modem/router) from my residence before that and return the amount as per un-utilised service, as no one seem to be there to collect the devices, i had called thrice again on different day including the day i was moving. No one had come and collected, after moving from city, i again called and advised that i had given the devices to the neighbour. Now when i call to airtel helpline, they ask for mobile no or account no. or landline no. I entered my registered mobile no, which is not being accepted (incidentally i have Airtel mobile postpaid services also, so dont understand why my mobile no is not accepted), i have also attached the statement which has no mention of account no. or landline no. Also Airtel customer care has no provision/option to speak to customer care executive. This is very pathetic service from Airtel. I want this grievance to pass to higher executives of Airtel and they re-think their customer care options.
