Airtel — account block of airtel payment bank app

My name is shahbaz husain shah (Registered mobile no. [protected]) i have created airtel payment bank's account with the help of app, i just needed to do a simple dth recharge, i load 200 rs. On wallet simply
Proceed to recharge but it show a error message, i repeat the process 2 or may be 3 times, then my account got blocked, please unblock my account so that i can get back my 200 rs.
