Airtel — activation issue / poor customer service | |||||
Hi team, i submitted a port request on 10 june to move from vodafone (Postpaid) to airtel (Prepaid). My vodafone sim was disconnected on 14 june 11:00 pm and my airtel sim was activated. However, since the service is activated, im unable to recharge my number due to which i unable to make any call. Airtel customer care is unable to resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
