[Resolved]  Airtel — Activation of my suspended number

My number [protected] was suspended one month ago for the reason additional documents to be submitted. It was a corporate account, while the other number ending 562 was working my number alone was suspended. I and my colleague has visited the Airtel office at Koramangala several times and submitted documents thrice or more and have made several calls. My number is not activated yet. I am the CEO of a company and this has affected my business badly.

There is no prober response from the customer care executives.

I would like to understand if Airtel takes more than a month to activate a number?

What is the time frame that can be expected.
While jio activates a sim immediately with only Aadhar card as reference, why has it taken Airtel more than a month?

I would like to know the answers and the status.

As I have paid my Due amount of rs 1266 through my kotak mobile banking App -Txn ID-M[protected] But still my mobile is not working..All services of Number, [protected], have been suspended by you .

Please let know how can I proceed further and start my sim .

I submitted all documents via email.
There is no prober response from the customer care executives.
