    I use 2 sims of airtel, i have made payment of 2300 to the second sim instead of the first one. I have raised a ticket by calling 121 on 26th april, but till now i have not received my money back. Some times they say they have sent me a cheque, but i have not received any. This is very unsatisfactory and poor service ever from airtel to their loyal customer like me from years. You are not able to pay me back my money which came to you incorrectly. I am thinking of porting my number to some other network and not recommend airtel to anyone going forward. I need a resolution for this asap and get back my money.

      Hi,
      I've ported my number to Airtel, believing the services to get better. But getting a bitter taste of it from day1. Airtel doesn't activate my SIM even after 28 hours. I've visited the Airtel Store 3 times last day(Kondapur, Hyderabad) all they could do is give a proper smile to the customer, but not resolve my issue and neither provide a proper update(this irked me more). I feel let down by the service and promptness of Airtel. This is really pathetic.

So please cancel the delivery because the disputed purchase not order by me but from fraud person/ agency. Pls refund the amount.

              Idea to Airtel postpaid ported & sim activated get the signals everything and two days l lost the mobile so visited Airtel store in Mysore and get new duplicate sim they informed it's activates in 4hours but not get signals two to three days waited and called customer care they informed it's activeted​ but is there sim issues go and get another sim so again I visited Airtel store get the duplicate sim they same insert after 4 hours you will get network but insert and checked no network changed another mobiles also inserted no not get network so I called Airtel customer care they are informed it's active everything why network it's not appear don't know we also in 24 hours again again im calling day by day they informing same thing past 15 days to still not solved my problem it's using for business purposes so I got lots of problems.

                No network, no internet, call drops, no response or action taken on n number of issues raised. Ticket gets closed automatically and no change in the situation, my last step would be to change the operator. Vodafone works very well here in this place.
                Like the boosters be installed in the location. Issue is the same for every one with airtel.

                  According to airtel there was a offer for my number in "airtel my offers" and the offer is 70 days 70 gb on rs. 244/- recharge. But the offer did on reflect on recharging the same today 30.05.2017 6.29 pm. I would like to question a world class brand like airtel - why do you want to earn in such a way by showing false offers and this the cheap nature/ cheating nature which is not expected from any of your thrust worthy customers.

                    I had paid a sum of rupees 3450/- towards airtel broadband connection on 4th april 2017. Installation was not provided by them citing technical issues. Finally it was said connection could not be provided and that the amount would be refunded through neft. It is now the 30 th of may and still airtel is cheating me of the refund. I have even intimated through their airtel refundonline.com website still no refund. Kindly initiate proceedings to stop companies like this cheating public money through new connection drama.

                      I had activated an international roaming plan on my airtel number, the benefits were that I would get unlimited incoming calls but I didn't get free benefits and I was charged for all the free benefits and made my bill of Rs 14957. I've been complaining to seniors and appellate but there has been no response other than "the charges levied in the bill are valid"

                        Sir my self adhikari rasmi ranjan dash a regular customer o[censored]r service. On 29 april i had recharged rs 399/- pack which i was informed as unsuccessful recharge by ur customer care executive and they also assured the debited amount ll be refunded within 3-4 working days to my bank account so i recharged the same amount twice on the same day as per my urgent need. But after 5 days no money is refunded to my account so i registered a complaint against sbi for the debited amount. And today (30/05/2017) the sbi informed me that the two time recharge of 399 /- was successful on 29 april but it is my regret airtel customer service provider informed me wrong. So i need a better solution for the twice debited money..

                          My porting-in for mobile no [protected] was successfully done on 26th may 2017 at 22:30hr. But sim is not yet activated till 30th may 2017. On enquiry it was found that the alternate number [protected] was wrongly entered. However it was corrected on 29th may at 18:00 hr. But after 24 hours no action is being taken for its activation. The lady at the desk at airtel office at zoo-narengi road, guwahati even argued with me that it was my mistake only. Anyway, please do the needful to activate my sim. Thank you in anticipation

                            I am not getting good offer from airtel. I am a very old airtel customer, but not getting any good offers. I have heard from my friends and colleagues getting good offers like

                            1gb per day
                            28 days

                            If I didnt get any good offers, there is no use in continuing with airtel. I am using the internet packs regularly, but good offers are not being provided by airtel till date.

                              I am a user of airtel 4g hotspot since more than 6 months in chennai. Since past 2 months, i observe that the hot spot gets automatically disconnected while using in my office at 82, ttk road, alwarpet, chennai. It works ok at other places. I complained @ 121 during last week of apr 17. The complaint was closed without attending to the issue. I again complained & one person visited me at my office on 26th may 2017 & he informed that the signal is very week & that it will take quite some time for ensuring that i get better signals at the above address. I am surprised that airtel is having signal issues in the heart of chennai which is a metro city!!! My complaint no. Is bal ref46879250. I want the matter to be sorted out by 5 pm on 31st may 2017 or else airtel must refund all the billed amounts including cost of dongle subsequent to which i will switch over to other service provider.

                                I have been an airtel mobile customer for more than a decade and have a fixed line also since half a decade. I was happy for the fact that during this long tenure i rarely had any service outage or any form of disruptions and was even consistently getting the promised broadband speed of 8mbps.

                                Just recently i had requested for the v-fiber 40mbps upgrade for my broadband line. After necessary checks to ensure the 40mbps feasibility and after a lot of dilly dallying and more than a months wait, i was finally given the line upgrade. Since then i having to say the quality of service provided by airtel has been a complete disappointment. I have had to call airtel customer almost every other day for reasons like either internet completely down or speed not even close to the promise of 40mbps.

                                Every time i call, i am being given only contradicting messages and in the past few weeks, there are close to 10 service technicians who have visited my home but not done anything.

                                I have registered the complaint the with airtel customer care, airtel nodal office and airtel appellate authority all in vain. The contact numbers provided for these special offices seem to be going into a standard ivr or they are constantly switched off.

                                My phone line and internet has been dead for the last few days and there is no update or action from Airtel towards restoring the services. Airtel seems to have drowned in the drains in terms of the quality of services. Customer care and the service technicians are equally pathetic. For them there is only one question always "Can I come home now" expectation being the customer at their mercy should be waiting at the home 24 x 7. Given a time commitment and agreed they will never be there is a different story. I have been chasing a problem with airtel for more than a month by now for the service being very disruptive. Sufficient details have been provided yet they continue to toy around shameless and courteousness only to make continued false and fake promises. Even with the service being continuously disrupted over the month, the bill has been generated promptly and the ask for a no service credit has gone unheard and not responded so far. There was in fact a call from the customer care since the issue ticket could not be resolved for more than a month they would like to close the ticket which I am unsure what that means. Since last Saturday 15, Dec 2018, situation has changed to worse to worst with both phone and internet completely dead and yet there is only the usual we are working on message as the response with a commitment of 72 hrs resolution. Multiples of 72 hrs has passed and yet the commitment of 72 hrs resolution continues with every mail response. I wonder if there would be any resolution at all. Multiple emails to various airtel authorities has only met with a standard "we regret the inconvenience" message. no resolution so far, no proper updates so far, but bills are prompt. Have been a loyal customer to airtel for more than 10 years, but certainly cannot continue to pay for the lack of service. Immediate attention to the matter and resolution would be much appreciated.                                   I was offered a discount of rs 200 on my postpaid number for 6 months effective from[protected]. But that discount was not applied on bill cycle (20th mar - 19th apr). Hence i requested 'appellate' team to resolve the same as per their commitment.
                                  But they said that discount cannot be completed in this bill cycle and they will complete the waiver in next bill cycle for rs 200.
                                  And the amount due of rs 200 in bill cycle of (20th mar - 19th apr) was paid by me on the assurance that it would be waived off in next bill cycle.
                                  After receiving next bill also for bill cycle (20th apr - 19th may), the waiver is still yet not completed inspite of multiple reminders to them.
                                  I have tried contacting their all teams one by one ('appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com'; 'nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com'; '[protected]@in. Airtel.com'; '[protected]@airtel.com'), but still not got any satisfcatory response.

                                  They further told me on 21st may 2017 10:00am to wait for 72 hours to get the waiver completed. Then they again changed the time and said that they will take 72 hours more from 22nd may 2017 5:59 pm.

                                  Hence, unwilling i had to agree to them and allowed a time of 72 hours from 22nd may 2017 5:59 pm, but still the waiver is not processed.
                                  Now they have stopped responding to mails and not processing the waiver.

                                  I have all the mails as a proof received from their end and all the voice recording as well.

                                  Please help in getting my waiver processed at the earliest.

                                        I have a airtel 3g sim card in a 4g handset, but since the start of the 349 plan, i have been getting only 1gb data for the whole month instead of 1 gb/day for 28 days.
                                        To rectify this problem i even went to airtel office to upgrade my 3g sim to 4g, but still the problem remains. I have been trying to call the airtel customer care but to no avail. I am really fed up of this situation and need an urgent solution.
