Airtel — Activation of Static IP

Absolutely pathetic experience with Bharti Airtel. It took Airtel more than 15 days just to activate a Static IP for my home network, and during this entire period all they did was waste my time with useless IVR loops, fake callback promises, and completely irresponsible support staff. My bill amount was increased immediately, but the actual service was not properly activated.

I literally wasted entire days chasing Airtel support, network teams, and engineers who either never answer calls or have no idea what they are doing. Even after activation, the requested ports were still not opened despite their team falsely claiming the work was completed. Managers disconnect feedback calls midway instead of listening to complaints because they clearly cannot handle the reality of how terrible their service is.

This issue has already caused unnecessary losses and mental frustration for me. If switching providers was not such a time-consuming process, I would leave Airtel immediately. Completely unprofessional and disgraceful customer service.
