Airtel — Active Airtel Prepaid Number suddenly DOES NOT EXIST

Sir/Madam,

I have an active Airtel Prepaid Number [protected] since 2012 and except for small issues with network connectivity, I'm quite satisfied with the service until 02/10/2021, when my active Airtel Prepaid Number [protected] suddenly without any notice or reason stops working and when I call on this number from another telecom provider, it is prompted by saying "The Number you have dialed does not exist". As I'm an active member of Airtel for more than 9 years continuously and still my number has validity of yearly subscription till 24/12/2021, such behaviour from Airtel Prepaid is beyond the reach o[censored]nderstanding.

Well, my complaint against Airtel Prepaid is to activate/register my number [protected] as soon as possible to ease the inconvenience caused to me.
