Airtel — Added 500 Rs extra in the bill. Even data usage is less than allocated data as per bill generated by them. | |||
Airtel has added 500Rs extra in my bill (for bill cycle September-October 2015) for extra internet usage whereas I have not used extra internet. Even as per bill generated by them, Ineternet quota allocated to me was 165889 pulses(More than 1.5 GB) and my usage was 158836 pulses (which is less than allocated quota). During this bill cycle, I used to check available internet by senidng sms '3g use' to 121 and at that time also it was showing that I have avaialbe internet data. Same thing was confirmed by the customer care executive as well. I did that much confirmation because I had change my bill plan at that time. After confirmation from all side, I used the allocated data and not beyond that. If there is fault in Airtel's message process and there is a knowledge lag of customer executives, that is not my fault. Please deduct 500 Rs from my bill of last month as soon as possible as I am not going to pay this extra money. I don't know if Airtel is not able to handle 2g, 3g services and their process properly then why they moved to 4G. This is really frustrating. Please do the needful asap. I got a call from customer care executive but that was of no use. I have provided all the evidences of not using the data beyond the limit as per the message recevied by me but Airtel is not ready to deduct 500Rs from my bill.
Can you please let me know when this issue will get resolved as my bill payment end date is about to reach.
