Airtel — advance talktime not deducted

I had taken rs.10/- advance talk time in the month of march 2018 it has not been deducted up to date and today after a recharge of rs. 199 your company is showing 0 balance. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Rectify this as soon asap or else i will be forced to join a different company. I would like you to make its deductions and recharge my mobile with the balance amount. Thank you. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 29, 2018 Yash Dasgupta's response my sim not registered sim no=[protected] may i know why?
