Airtel — after losing my sim card purchased the new sim with same number and still inactive! | |
Dear sir, I have lost my airtel sim last week and registereda complaint to block the number yesterday. After that they have asked to contact the nearby retailer to collect the new sim for the same number. I have paid for the same and collected and until now it is not activated and neither the customer care representative is not reachable! I am very much dispaoointed with the service request and received another sim card from the same retailer stating that by contacting the customer care only it will be activated. I have been struggling since past few days and kindly advise the airtel customer care to reactivate my sim card and ask the customer care representative from airtel to contact me urgently failing which will force me to register a complaint on these processes (As i have already given my verification several times and got the mail confirming the same from ndia) Your immediate reply will be highly appreciated.
