Airtel — After Portable outstanding charge is more | |||
I have port my number form Airtel to Vodafone on 12 July 2015. In airtel my plan was 999, after including tax it might be 1122. My mobile bill cycle was 2nd of every month. Now airtel has charged me RS.801 for 12 days. When i ask about RS.801 bill they said that my service was stoopd on 10th July. however they didn't inform me earlier for that. so on last 2 days what i done usage in my mobile that is very costly. for 11 days my mobile bill should be less than Rs.400. I requested them to launch my complain, i told them to generate my bill according to my bill plan because you have not informed me earlier. But i didn't get any response. Every day i am getting call about bill. Please consider my complain against there hidden charges and extra charges. Airtel must have to give me bill details also before they charge me. But they did nothing and asking RS.801 Charge Was this information helpful? | |||
