[Resolved] Airtel — after porting still sim is not activated | |||
It's been 3 months since i register for porting to airtel. I even get the UPC code and with all the documents i have given to airtel office retailer. But still my sim is not get activated. On February 26 i have submitted all the documents to airtel office. But after 1 months i get msg in my alternative no that your documents has been uploaded. After that i didn't get any msg regarding activation. So i went to the airtel office and asked them then they said you new airtel sim had some problem so you have to change it. Then they given me the new airtel sim and asked to resubmit all the documents. They even take my old aircel sim. But still my no is not activated. I even tried to call customer care but i can't find any option to talk directly with them. Please help me i really want to retain my old sim. Was this information helpful? | |||
