Hi my name is sachin my Aircel no is [protected].. wright now I'm rooming in Bangkok, thailand and I'm not getting any calls massages and I even can't check my account balance as I i know my account balance is more than 125 rs ...so I request you to look into my concern ...and let me know bye replying on my mail id which is sachin.[protected]@ymail.com

Dear Customer (Agoglo),

As checked you need to maintain the balance in your account in order to get the services in IR. at present current balance is Rs 133/- which is less to initiate or received calls. Please note that once you will have sufficient balance, on first incoming or outgoing, Rs 99/- one time rental for 30 days along with call cost will be charged.
