[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel 3g data usage is extreme | |||
Hello. this is levin joseph. and this is the 2nd time i'm complaining about the 3g usage in my mobile. if airtel wants money let them beg me.instead of that why are they finishing my 3g data. just now i recharged for ₹95 1gb pack. i turned off all the apps using mobile data except whatsapp. and within 5 mins i have only 940mb left. does whatsapp use that much data? i don't think so. so i turned off whatsapp also. still data is being used up without my knowledge. does airtel think i'm stupid or something? just take care of this situation otherwise i'll be suing you for wasting my cash. See this screenshot? It's just after i submitted my complaint. Now only 874mb is left. How the heck did 80mb get used up? Now while I'm typing this comment I don't know how much data is used up again. Airtel sucks. Screw your Airtel. Vodafone is much more better than you.
