[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel 4g data card services | |||||
My Service has not seen 4G speeds for months. Ever since Airtel has had 3G access, there has been no 4G service at my home. I have been charged 4G rates constantly for months even though the service is not provided. All the complaints I raise with Airtel get closed with lies saying that the service has been confirmed. This is done without any engineer visit or resolution. They simply lie through their open issues and mark them closed. This has been happening constantly for over 4 months. Airtel is not adhering to their service and lie through their open complaints and find a way to close them. The most recent complaint id is - SR69826707. They have closed this saying 24Mbps was recorded when even 2Mbps could not be recorded. This is day light robbery. How do I take this forward? I need to sue Airtel.
