Airtel — airtel 4g sim not working | |||
My handset is samsung galaxy j5 prime. I recently upgraded my sim to 4g and my phone stopped working. Unable to get any support through airtel 121 as ivr is only in local language and i am unable to change the language. I had no problem with their 3g sim and should have not upgraded it. Is it possible for me to revert to 3g sim? I have tried changing the setting manually but it still says 'not registered on network'. Was this information helpful? | |||
