Airtel — Airtel 4g speed not provided even after the recharge | |||
I, Sherin James, have reached for 1555 for my dongle # [protected] and as per the reachare, airtel should have provide be 12 GB 4G data but i was not able to connect google at least in 2g speed. I complained on8th about it and they said they would solve it by 13th January. But it was not done. it called again and complained on 14, but the rep said she would arrange me a call back. But i was not got at all. so i went to airtel show room at Ashok Nagar on 18th and complained. they have reset the modem and now its at least getting connected. But, buy the time i lost 10 days of validity. i asked for the extension of ten days of the lost validity but they are vey stubborn to provide me. I have talked about this issue to the tamil nadu customer service team leader and he recklessly asked me complaint in consumer court and they will not provide extended validity. As they are so stubborn to provide proper service for which i have paid earlier, i would like to bring it to the consumer complain form's attention. Kindly take necessary messures to eradicate these kindly fake promises. Was this information helpful? | |||
