Airtel — Airtel AirFiber Service Failure 4 Days Delay, Missed Commitments & Financial Loss

I raised a relocation request for Airtel AirFiber on March 29, which is still not resolved.

The initial ticket was cancelled due to Airtel’s internal error, causing additional delay. A new ticket was raised, but no technician has been assigned till now.

Despite more than 10 follow-ups, email escalation, and social media complaints, I only received false assurances and missed commitments (including a promised resolution by 8:30 PM which was not honored).

This has severely impacted my work. I was forced to use mobile data and recharge again, resulting in additional financial loss.

I request immediate resolution or cancellation of the connection with full refund and no penalty due to service failure.
