Airtel — Airtel Amount got debited twice for airtel broadband connection

Dear concerned Team,

On October 21th, 2020, i have made of RS.2828 payment twice as first payment got failed and amount also debited from my account. Hence paid second time. Both time amount got debited from my account. So totally i paid of rs.5656.

They told i got my amount refund max in 72 hours. So far my amount not got credited to my account. I paid through IDBI net banking, so i contacted IDBI customer care, they told both of my transaction was successful. Now the payment with airtel.

Kindly take necessary action and help me to get my amount of rs.2828 back soon.
I am unable to reach airtel persons and also airtel customer care.
