Airtel — airtel and phonepe just show their hands to each other and leaving the customer to worry. | |||
I recharged my phone number 2 times by error with two different plan and tried to ask for help from phonepe to which phonepe replied by sending the reference number and asking to consult my service provider but my service provider - airtel customer care said that the recharges done through phonepe are third party recharge and these recharges can't be reversed so i doesnt find the way to resolve this problem to protect its customer's money in future.
