[Resolved] Airtel — airtel bank debit freeze | |||||
Since i deposited my money to airtel payment bank they have debit freeze my account and by holding amount they are earning interest using our money. I called 3 time to customer care and they asked me adhaar card, pan card and bank statements to de-freeze my account. It's been more than 5 days i have sent the details on [protected]@airtelbank.com but no respond. I am still not able to make my transaction via world worse airtel bank payment. I would disclose my account number when you needes on the forum. What the hell. I can not use my money??? I have case number of the complain also. Was this information helpful? | |||||
