[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel broadband connection from bharti airtel limited, no 101 bharathi towers, santhome high road, santhome, chennai - 600004 | |||||
I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 10 september 2016 by contacting this number ([protected]), which i got from the pamphlet attached by airtel people in chandrashekhar nagar, nehru nagar main road, 2nd cross street, thoraipakkam, chennai, 600097. the airtel person has send one person with contact no: ([protected]) to my flat to collect the required documents, on that day itself. he collected photocopies of all the documents, took 1000 rs in cash for the plan, and our original rental document saying that he would take a photocopy of it and return us by 8 pm at night, and provide us with the connection by next day evening. it's 19 september today, but no one came to provide us with the connection and return back our original rental document. i have been calling these airtel numbers ([protected], [protected]) since past 1 week. whoever receives the call, they only say that "madam tomorrow we'll come"and most of the time these numbers are not reachable. Very sorry to say, but i didn't expect such worst customer service from airtel. I would like to say that i don't need broadband connection from you anymore, since it's too much frustrating for us to call you people everyday with absolute no sense of responsibility towards your customers and ask you to come to provide us with the connection. I request you to refund my money and return our original rental document in house no.94 in the above given address as soon as possible, before my flat owner files a police complaint against this airtel office no 101 bharathi towers, santhome high road, santhome, chennai - 600004 (map), as mentioned in the receipt given for the paid cash.
